What is an offline account?
An offline account is a shared Steam account with the purchased game , provided for personal use in offline mode. It is ideal for those who want to play through the single-player campaign without paying the full game price. After purchase, you instantly receive a login and password, allowing you to log in to Steam and install the game. The game remains on your device, and you retain access to the account indefinitely. You can enjoy the game at any time—whether today, in a month, or even a year from now. There is no time limit on gameplay. This account belongs to us and personally registered by Gamer'sGalaxy. The game, purchased from an official store and is fully licensed. It is important to note that this is not a game activation or someone else’s account. You do not need to download any “unofficial” activators or additional software. All usage instructions can be found in the game tab and will be sent along with the license code.
Will my personal account get banned?
No, your personal account will not be linked to any offline accounts you purchase from us., so there is no risk that your personal account can be banned anyhow. Besides this all accounts on our website belong to us, all games are purchased by us, and we provide a 5-year guarantee for any account.
How quickly will I receive my game?
You will see the game in your personal account immediately after purchase. There you can get the login and password to access the gaming platform (Steam, Battle.net, Uplay, etc.).
Are there any regional restrictions?
No, our accounts have no regional restrictions, and you can play from anywhere in the world.
Can I continue to use my personal account?

You can play any available games without restrictions, but after the subscription period ends, access to the accounts is revoked.
I bought a game, how can I retrieve it?
Your purchases are always available in the “Orders” section. To access them, simply log in to your account.
Why are there other players on the account I purchased?
You likely bought an offline account—a Steam account shared with other players to allow affordable gameplay in offline mode. While all online features work, stability in online mode is not guaranteed, as the account is in use by multiple people. For the best experience, we recommend playing in offline mode (click Steam in the left upper corner -> Offline), which prevents conflicts with other users and ensures uninterrupted single-player gameplay.
Is online play available?
Yes, online play is available on all accounts, but due to shared use, we cannot guarantee stable online access. If another user logs in while you’re online, you may be disconnected from the game. For rental accounts, this limitation does not apply—you are the only user and can play online without issues.
What is 3 / 7 / 14-day rental?
A 3 / 7 / 14-day rental is temporary access to an account. Unlike purchasing an offline account, during the rental period you are the only user of the account and can freely play online
